PARTICIPATION PROCESS

Going Uptown Entertainment  is more than just a “talent” show. We represent a combination of over 50 years in the entertainment industry with knowledgeable business expertise in promotion, marketing, technology and performance art.

We want to showcase the best of the best when it comes to undiscovered and underrepresented talent!
Streaming events have become a way to be heard and appreciated for the gifts that we must share.  We at GoingUptown.com want to celebrate those gifts with you!

With our step-by-step participation process, you can display your talent for the world to see on our forum and gain followers and fans, all  in the comfort of your own environment.   We broadcast and remote from your house and ours!

All it takes is the first step!!!

 

Step 2: Copy personalized link to video for votes 

Remember, this is your personal link to your video on the site.  This is how you get your video to appear on the show!

Step 3: Tune in to see whose video made the Top 10 

All Top Ten contestants will perform on the following Friday’s show while streaming . Showtimes are Fridays @ 8pm EST.

Step 4: Rally your supporters to watch you perform on the show! 

You will receive an email that confirms your placement in the Top 10. You will need to confirm that you will be willing and able to perform on the show on the following Friday’s show!  

Step 5:  Show off your talents on our streaming show!

Step 6: View the chat and see how the audience rated your performance.

Talk to the audience. Gain some some fans! 

Step 7: At the end of the performance , the contestant with the most votes will have their previous or new video automatically entered into the next week’s contest. 

At the end of 12 weeks, we will have a final winner! The winner will perform on the show.
